Warren County CVB Reintroduces Ride and Roar Package with Expanded Options
MASON, OH – May 12, 2014 –Warren County CVB offers expanded hotel options for the Ride and Roar package, which includes tickets to Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
"We are excited to reintroduce the Ride and Roar package and to give visitors a greater variety of options to customize their getaway to Warren County,” said Phillip S. Smith, President & CEO at the Warren County Convention & Visitors Bureau (WCCVB). “This package is just one of the many ways Warren County offers visitors affordability, convenience and value in a family trip or weekend getaway.”
The Ride and Roar package is available for purchase and customization through the Warren County CVB website at www.OhiosLargestPlayground.com. The package was originally introduced in 2008. It now features 16 different hotel options and includes single-day tickets to both Kings Island and the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
Kings Island is now open daily, and Soak City Waterpark opens May 24 for daily use. Soak City is included in the price of park admission. Banshee, the world’s longest inverted roller coaster, is the newest attraction at the Midwest’s largest amusement and waterpark. Banshee takes riders through 4,124 feet of track and seven stomach-churning inversions at up to 68 mph on a two-minute-40-second ride.
The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden is open daily. The month of May features the Zoo Babies special event, for visitors to celebrate the Zoo’s newest arrivals. Zoo babies for 2014 include Bonobos, a penguin, a bat-eared fox, a red panda and more. For additional special events and hours, visit www.CincinnatiZoo.org.
